The Alert Line division of CMG Associates is a confidential 3rd party resource contracted by Bob’s Stores and Eastern Mountain Sports to document concerns about violations of law, policy, and other workplace misconduct. The Alert Line is available 24/7 online or you can speak to one of our specialists 9am to 5pm Eastern Monday – Friday by calling 617-431-6889.

The information shared in this form will be received by an Alert Line specialist who will prepare a written report of your concern to be sent to Bob’s Stores / Eastern Mountain Sports. Although our specialists cannot answer questions about ethics or policy, and cannot advise you on any course of action, they can document your request for information or advice in a report to be sent to a representative of your company.

If you request that your concern be filed anonymously, we will not share your name or any identifying information in your report. Please note, the only way to receive follow-up about a report is by calling 617-431-6889. This service is not used in place of contacting local authorities, or for emergency situations.
